Our Pastor

Josh Boehr is the founding and lead pastor of Immanuel Ann Arbor. He is married to Lisa, and together they have three children—Emma, Kate, and Isaac. Josh has served in pastoral ministry for more than 20 years in the Ann Arbor area and is passionate about helping people come to know the real Jesus.

He received his seminary training from Reformed Theological Seminary and has been deeply shaped over the years by wise and faithful mentors. Josh has a deep love for Scripture, prayer, and cultivating meaningful relationships. In addition to his pastoral work, he serves on the board of Serge, a global mission organization.

Josh seeks to shepherd and equip a church made up of people from all walks of life. He is especially committed to nurturing prayerful dependence on Jesus, fostering a Jesus-centered community, and sharing the love of Jesus in Ann Arbor and beyond.
